Watershed Work Plan: Upper Deckers Creek Watershed, Preston County, Monongalia County, West Virginia, prepared by the Monongalia Soil Conservation District and WV Department of Natural Resources, with assistance from the US Soil Conservation Service, Forest Service, and Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, can be found in WVU’s West Virginia Collection in Colson Hall.
